How to Use the Create Request Button in Adit

The Create Request button in Adit provides quick access to multiple patient-related actions without navigating through individual modules. From sending review requests to processing payment requests, this feature centralizes the most common communication and action tools in one place.

You can access the Create Request button from:

  • Top navigation bar in Adit

  • Patient Card (when viewing an individual patient’s details)

Accessing the Create Request Button

A. From the Top Navigation

  1. Log in to Adit.

  2. From any module, locate the “+” Create Request icon in the top-right navigation bar.

  3. Click the icon to open the Create Request menu, displaying all available request types.

B. From the Patient Card

  1. Open a Patient Card by selecting a patient’s name from any module (e.g., Scheduler, Patients, Engage).

  2. Click the Create Request icon located on the patient card.

  3. The menu will display pre-filled patient details (name, contact information), so you can immediately proceed with sending a request.

Request Types & Linked Articles

Each icon in the Create Request menu represents a request type. Select an option to open its corresponding form. Complete the required details and send the request.
