How to Use Collect Payment Button

To Collect Payment:

  1. Navigate to the Adit Pay module

  2. In the top navigation menu, select Payments.  If you don’t see this option in the menu, click the three dots to view the rest of the menu options

  3. Locate the relevant Patient Payment in the Dashboard.
  4. Click on the 'Collect Payment' Preview button for the unpaid payment and choose the preferred mode of payment.
  5. Once the payment is completed, the status will change to 'Paid' and will be posted on your EHR/PMS Patient Ledger within 5 - 10 minutes.
