Send a Quick Text

There are two places within the Adit platform where you can access our Quick Text feature, which allows you to send a message with any of our text-message-based tools from one convenient spot, including:

  • Pozative review requests

  • Appointment requests

  • Patient Forms

  • Appointment reminders

  • Recall reminders

  • Payment requests


The easiest place to locate Quick Text is at the very top of every screen - simply click the Quick Text button, select the icon for which type of message you would like to send, fill out the form fields, and click Send.



The second location is within the Engage module. This makes it easy to send a quick request or form when you are already engaging in a text conversation with a patient.

  1. Navigate to the Engage module.

  2. In the top navigation menu, select SMS.  If you don’t see this option in the menu, click the three dots to view the rest of the menu options.

  3. At the bottom of the text message, click on the + icon.

  4. Select the icon for the type of message you would like to send.

  5. Fill out the form fields, if Form Request was selected.

  6. Click the Send Arrow to send the message.
