How Does Adit's Schedule Integrate with RevolutionEHR
What information does Adit read from my Schedule in RevolutionEHR?
"Busy time" is used to block out a time in an employee’s schedule.

Note: If a provider has an appointment slot set up, busy time will mark that time as unavailable.
"Office Closed" is used to block out time when the entire office is closed. This is used for holidays or staff meeting times.

In Adit, both “Busy Time” and “Office Closed” are considered as blockouts.

"Employee Hours" allows you to set the days and times a provider is working. You can set up recurrences as well.

In Adit we consider this as “Provider Hours”. This will only be considered if online scheduling is enabled and you have selected "Provider Hours" in your
availability formula.

Appointment Slots are blocks of time when a doctor is available for patients book appointments. Appointment slots allow advanced customization and can let Providers set what type of appointments they want to accept during those timeframes. For example, if a Provider wants to focus on New Patient Exams in the morning, they can set their appointment slots to only accept “New Patient” encounter templates.
Once the slots are created, then users can click on an existing slot to book an appointment there. Once appt is booked in the slot, the slot shows as unavailable.
In Adit, we consider "Appointment Slots" as "Availabilities". Appointment Slots will only be considered in Online Scheduling if it is enabled in your availability formula. To learn how Appointment Slots work in RevolutionEHR, Click Here.
Note: Adit does not read Office Hours from RevolutionEHR.
