Office Business Hours

In OfficeMate, you can configure your office’s business hours.

Resource Hours (Provider Business Hours)

In OfficeMate, you can configure “Resource Hours,” which define a provider’s standard business hours for the week. These hours act as a template that automatically gets applied to their schedule each week.

Exceptions - Available (Provider Custom Hours)

Once the weekly Resource Hours are configured, you can set “Exceptions” to refine the schedule as needed.

Available Exceptions specify additional times when the provider will be working outside their routine schedule. In Adit, we consider this as a part of the Provider's Working Hours.

Exceptions - Not Available (Blockouts)

Once the weekly Resource Hours are configured, you can set “Exceptions” to refine the schedule as needed.

Not Available Exceptions designate periods when a provider will not be working, despite that time usually being part of their standard hours. In Adit, we consider this as a Blockout
