Schedule Overview

Adit's Scheduler is a centralized tool designed to help practices manage appointments seamlessly. It integrates directly with your EHR, allowing you to create, edit, and view appointments in real time, eliminating the need to switch between systems.

Any changes made in your EHR, such as updating provider hours or blockouts, automatically reflect in Adit—and any changes made in Adit are also written back in your EHR.

Operatories Filter	Show or hide selected operatories	Click Here To Learn More
View, Edit, & Create Appointments	Double-click a time slot to create a new appointment, attach treatment codes, assign providers/operatories, and update appointment type/status. Drag to reschedule or right-click to edit/delete.	Click Here To Learn More
View, Edit, & Create Blockouts	Mark unavailable time for the whole practice, specific operatories, or individual providers. Set recurring or one-time closures.	Click Here To Learn More
