How to See Available Slots in Your Schedule
Adit makes it easy to see how many open appointment slots you have in your schedule, helping you maximize bookings and manage availability more efficiently.
How to See Available Slots:
Go to the Schedule from your home page..
At the top of your schedule, you’ll see a green widget with two numbers
Right number – Controls how appointment intervals are displayed.
Use the dropdown to select your preferred interval
For example: if you select 60 minutes, your calendar will show you appointment slots at 8AM, 9AM, 10AM etc.
Left number – Shows how many appointment slots are available.
This number is automatically calculated based on the appointment interval you selected on the right
For example, in the screenshot below, there are 8 available slots in the schedule where a 60 minute appointment can be booked.
See Your Available Slots Based on Day/Week/Month:
On the right side, select the dropdown to change between Day, Month, or Week View
The available appointment slots will change based on which view you are looking at
