Set a phone number to be used for Pozative's outgoing number

Pozative must have a phone number set in order to send text messages.  It will be easier for your patients if you use the same number for all of your text communication.

To set the outgoing phone number for Pozative:

  1. Navigate to the Pozative module.

  2. In the top navigation menu, select Preferences.  If you don’t see this option in the menu, click the three dots to view the rest of the menu options.

  3. Click the Edit icon.

  4. In the Outgoing Number section, click on the dropdown menu and select the desired phone number.

  5. Your change will save automatically.
