How to Set your Outgoing Number

You need to set an “outgoing” number in order to send out requests from quick texts such as payment requests, appointment requests, and more. The requests will appear to come from the outgoing number you set.


To set or update your outbound number:

  1. Navigate to Settings.

  2. In the Locations section, select your location

  3. Go to the communications Page

  4. In the outgoing number field, select the number you wish to set from the dropdown.
