Set a monthly review goal for your Pozative Insights page
Setting a goal number of reviews for your practice can get positive results as your whole team can work together to reach that goal. Consider rewarding your team when the goal is reached!
To set a monthly review goal:
Navigate to the Pozative module.
In the top navigation menu, select Preferences. If you don’t see this option in the menu, click the three dots
to view the rest of the menu options.
Click the Edit icon of the location you want to update.
Scroll down to the Goal section.
Enter in the desired number of reviews you want your team to acquire each month.
Your changes will save automatically.
