Set up email notifications

To set up a email notifications:

  1. Click on the Settings gear icon in the top right corner of your Adit platform.

  2. In the My Profile menu, click Notifications

  3. Based on the type of email notification you would like to receive, click on Add Notification for that respect section. 

  4. In the pop up, you can then set the notifications based on your particular preferences. 


Below is a list of the type of email notifications you can set up:

  • Call Tracking

    • All calls: whenever your practice receives a call

    • All missed calls: whenever your practice misses a call

    • Voicemails: whenever you have a voicemail

    • eFax Delivery Failure: in the event, a fax has gone undelivered

    • eFax Delivery Success: in the event, a fax was delivered successfully

    • eFax Failed to Receive: in the event, you did not receive a fax because of an error. 

    • Missed Opportunities: for those who are in Adit’s marketing program, you can set these notifications to alert you when a potential opportunity on an inbound call was not converted. (ex: patient called in to book an emergency appointment, but there was no availability). 

    • Coaching Opportunities: for those who are in Adit’s marketing program, you can set these notifications to be alerted whenever Adit marks a call as a potential coaching opportunity for your staff.

  • Online Scheduling

    • Appointment Request: whenever a patient books an appointment

  • Pozative

    • Positive Reviews: when your practice receives a new positive review online.

    • Negative Reviews: when your practice receives a negative review online.

    • Feedback Review: when a patient has not left a review online but provided feedback through your feedback form. 

  • Engage

    • Incoming Text Message: whenever your practice receives a text message
