How to Send Review Requests Automatically

If your EHR software is integrated with your Adit platform, you can set Pozative review requests to send automatically when a patient’s appointment is completed in the EHR.

Note: Even if Pozative is set to automatic, you can still send manual requests when needed as well without turning off the automation.

To choose how you would like to send review requests:

  1. Navigate to the Pozative module.

  2. In the left navigation menu, select Preferences.  

  3. Scroll down to the EHR Integration section.

  4. Select the dropdown menu and choose whether to send the review requests Automatically or Manually.

  5. Your changes will save automatically.
