How to Use Tags in Engage

Adit has introduced a new way to track messages. Tags allow you to create custom color-specific associations and track messages accordingly. 


To create Tags, go to engage, select the Tags section, and click on Manage to add new Tags, view current Tags, or edit them in the future.  


Adding Tags is easy.  After clicking on Manage, use the Pop-up to create and add Tags you would like to utilize.  
Click on +Add Tag.  OR click any Tag field to edit.
Type the Tag you would like to add OR edit any existing Tag. 
We suggest categorizing your Tags according to your users or business function.  (Example: Collections, New Patient, ASAP, Front Desk, Tx Coordinator) 
Once you have added the text, select a color by clicking on the color tile. Select a different color to your liking. Click Save. 
This will return you to the list, and the new Tag will be in your list for use.  

To apply Tags, navigate to any message under Patients, External SMS, Internal Direct, or Internal Group. 

Click on the message thread, and you will find an arrow available in the message box.  Click the Add Tag Option.  
The pop-up will allow you to add any relevant tags.  

Select the tags you would like to show for this message.  Press Save. 

You will now be able to see the Tags in the messages pane in Adit.

After you apply Tags to messages, you can go back to the Tags Section to see all the messages associated with the given Tag.  

The Tag section also shows if any tagged messages are unread.

If you click on the message inside the Tags section, you can view them easily in the right pane and respond.

This makes tracking responsibility in messages much easier with accountability in mind.
