How to use the ASAP list

The ASAP List makes it easy for you to reach out to patients to fill in any open slots in your schedule that occur from last minute cancellations or rescheduling.


Note: The ASAP List is only available if your EHR is integrated with the Adit platform. It will only show patients that have the ASAP status in their appointment


To send messages with the ASAP list:

  1. Navigate to the Engage module.

  2. In the top navigation menu, hover over Auto-Reminders and select ASAP List.  If you don’t see this option in the menu, click the three dots to view the rest of the menu options.

  3. From the list of patients, select any and all patients that are eligible for the new available appointment time slot.

  4. Once you have all the patients selected, click on Draft Message

  5. In the Message field, enter the text you would like to send.

    1. Use Add Variables & Links to allow the message to pull patient details for a more personalized experience.

Click Send Now
