How to make and receive calls on Adit's mobile app
With Adit’s mobile app, you will be able to take and make calls for your practice. Can be useful for unexpected closures, or when you are away from the actual phone.
Notes: This feature is only available if you have Adit Voice enabled on your account.
To make a call:
When you are logged in the app, on the home page there are 2 places to go to make a call: the Dialpad or the Patients tab
If you know the number, click on the Dialpad and you will see this screen to type in the number.
If you don’t know the number, but know the patient, click on the Patients tab and you will see this screen to search for the patient.
When you select the patient you need to call, click on the Phone button on the top
To receive a call:
As long as you are logged into the mobile app, and your call flow is set up to have inbound calls go to your user (click here to learn how to set up your call flow) you will receive notifications for inbound calls
