Set up desktop notifications through the Desktop App (Preferred) or Desktop Notifications App

We recommend that you set up Desktop Notifications on each of the computers within your practice. The benefit to the Desktop Notification App is that your staff can be alerted in real-time of inbound calls, missed calls, appointment requests, and so much more. Here is how you set up desktop notifications.

  1. On the top menu click the icon to download the Desktop App or Desktop Notification App.

  2. Click on the .exe file in your downloads bar at the bottom of the browser window

  3. Windows may try to prevent the download from happening. If so, please click “More Info”.

  4. Click “Run Anyway

  5. After running the file, you will be prompted to log in.

  6. After logging in, please click on the bell icon on the top right hand side. Here you can set your notification preferences according to your needs.
