Set up email notifications for voicemails

You can have the Adit platform send you an email notification when you have a new voicemail, to make sure you don’t miss one.


To set up a voicemail email notification:

  1. Click on the Settings gear icon in the top right corner of your Adit platform.

  2. In the My Profile menu, click Notifications.

  3. In the Call Tracking section, click on + Add Call Notifications

  4. From the dropdown menus, select your Location, the User who will receive the notification, and the Numbers they will be notified about.

  5. Under Interactions, select Voicemails and any other interactions you want to be notified about. 

  6. Click the Create button to save your notification.
