Set up email notifications for eFaxes
You can set up email notifications to let you know when a new eFax is received at your practice, to ensure you don’t miss one.
To set up eFax email notifications:
Click on the Settings gear icon in the top right corner of your Adit platform.
Select Number List from the menu.
Locate your Fax Number and click the Edit icon at the top right of the number.
Under Send Incoming Faxes to, enter the email address who should receive a notification.
Click the Save button.
