How to Enable Adit as a Third-Party Integration in Crystal PM

This guide walks you through how to enable Adit access within Crystal PM. 

Steps to Enable Adit Access in CrystalPM

Please complete the following steps inside Crystal PM Cloud (or have your practice admin complete them):

  1. Log in to Crystal PM Cloud.

  2. Click on the Admin tab.

  3. Select Integrations.

  4. Open the Recall / Scheduling / Statements tab.

  5. Click Update 3rd Party Logins.

  6. In the Third Party Writeback section:

    • Ensure both checkboxes are enabled for Adit. (refer image below)

Once these steps are completed, Adit will be authorized to write back to Crystal for supported features.

What Happens Next?

After enabling access in Crystal:

  • Reach out to your Adit point of contact.

  • The Adit team will take care of the remaining setup steps and guide you through activation.
