CareCredit: Integration With Adit Pay
If you have both the Financing and Adit Pay modules set up, then when patients receive a payment request from Adit Pay, they will have the option to apply for financing on the payment page.
Based on the patient’s Batch QuickScreen status,
If the patient is Not Pre-Approved Yet, they will see this screen
Selecting Get Started will take them to the CareCredit website.
The patient will then select Check Now to go through a pre-qualification before they can proceed to an application.
If the Patient is Pre-Approved, they will see this screen
Selecting Complete Application will take them to the Carecredit website.
The patient will then select View Offer to submit a financing application. Once their application is approved, then the patient will proceed with completing the transaction.
If the Patient is an Existing Card Holder, they will see this screen
Selecting Pay with CareCredit will take them to the CareCredit website.
