Enable or disable individual operatories for online scheduling
Configuring your operatories will ensure that your online scheduling is as accurate as possible, allowing you to fit more patients into your schedule.
Note: Advanced Online Scheduling is only available if your EHR is integrated with the Adit platform.
To enable or disable an operatory:
Navigate to the Online Scheduling module.
In the top navigation menu, select Scheduling. If you don’t see this option in the menu, click the three dots
to view the rest of the menu options.
Click the Edit
icon for the location you would like to update.
Scroll down to the Operatories section.
Click the toggle switch to turn the operatory on or off.
If the switch is gray with the button to the left, it is off.
If the switch is orange with the button to the right, it is on.
Note: When enabling or disabling an operatory, be sure to update the matrix grid in the Operatory-Service Rules section. If you are also using Providers, be sure to update the Operatory-Provider Rules matrix as well. You can refer to here for help.
