Call Pop Settings - Call Override, Call Waiting, Call Park Notification

With Adit Voice, you can take and make calls on your computer or laptop with our softphone feature. Using the settings within the Call Pop, you can quickly toggle Call Override, Call Waiting, and Call Park Notifications directly without needing to navigate anywhere else.

In the top navigation menu, click on the phone icon called Call Pop
Click on the Settings Icon within the Call Pop

Here, you can adjust your settings as desired:

Call Override
Override your existing call flow for lunch, holidays, or unexpected closures
Call Waiting
The option to receive incoming calls when on a call
Call Park Notification
The option to receive a notification when a call is parked
