Guide to Creating and Switching Multiple Call Flows
Switching between call flows saves time by eliminating the need to create new call flows repeatedly. With Adit, you can now easily create multiple call flows tailored for various scenarios such as working days, holidays, alternate working days, and more. Furthermore, you can seamlessly switch between these call flows with just a few clicks.

- Click on the Settings gear icon at the top right corner of your Adit platform.
- Select Number List from the menu.
- Choose the location name and then click on "Call Flows" from the dropdown menu.
- To proceed, locate the "Call Flow" button situated on the right-hand side of your screen. Click on it to access and customize the call flow according to your specific requirements. This feature allows you to create multiple call flows tailored to your needs.
- After creating multiple call flows, simply choose the desired call flow. Then, click on "Copy Flow"
- Choose the relevant number, then proceed to click on "Apply" to confirm your selection.
