Add or remove columns in the call log

You can customize the Call Log to show you call details that you find the most useful.

  1.  Navigate to the Call Tracking module.

  2. In the top right corner of the Call Log, click Table Settings.

  3. Check the box for each column you would like to add to your Call Log View. Uncheck the box of any column you’d like to remove.

  4. Click outside of the column list to save your changes.
