Go to Online Scheduling > Booking Links.
Click Add Booking Link
A pop-up will appear giving you two choices:
Upload from your computer - Select a logo file directly from your desktop.
Choose from the library - If you’ve already uploaded your logo to the media library, you can select it from there instead of uploading a new file.

Set a Custom URL
When customizing your booking link, you can choose whether to display your practice’s location map and phone number. These details appear at the top of the booking page, making it easier for patients to contact you or find your office.

If enabled, your practice phone number will appear at the top of the booking link
Adit Voice needs to be enabled for this feature to work
Show Map
If enabled, a Google Maps widget will appear on your booking link
If the map does not display, make sure your address is entered correctly in your settings

You can pre-select whether the booking link is for a New Patient or Existing Patient
If an answer is pre-selected, you can also choose to hide the question from the booking link by clicking on the eyeball icon on the right.
The question will become greyed out to indicate that it won’t be visible on the booking link for the patient.
You can also leave the answers as is and let the patient select it themselves
You can pre-select the type of service on the booking link
Note: Since services are specific to New or Existing patients, you can only pre-select a service if you are also pre-selecting as New Patient or Existing Patient
If a service is pre-selected, you can choose to hide the question from the booking link by clicking on the eyeball icon on the right.

Example of When You Would Pre-select Answers on a Booking Link
Your practice wants to send a mass email campaign to encourage patients to return for
a cleaning.
In the custom booking link, you can pre-select “Existing Patient” for the patient status
and pre-select “Patient Cleaning” for the service.
You can then choose to hide those two questions on the booking link so that patients
won’t have to go through answering those questions.
Enable this option if you want to ask the patient for their insurance information
This question can be marked mandatory by selecting the asterisk icon on the right

Enabling this option will allow patients to book an appointment with a specific provider
You can also pre-select the provider that will be shown on the booking link
This is only available if you have the “show provider” option enabled in the scheduling page
Enabling this option will require patients to provide their insurance information in detail so they can be verified within the RCM module
This is only available if RCM is enabled

Save & Share the Booking Link
Select Save & create the booking link
Open the booking and test the booking flow before sending it out to patients
When ready, copy the URL to the booking link and share it.
