What’s New in Table Views?

Feature

Description

Save Views

Create and save multiple filtered or sorted views for future access. Perfect for switching between workflows (e.g., today’s appointments vs. pending forms).

Reorder Columns

Drag and drop columns to rearrange them based on your workflow.

Pin (Sticky) Columns

Keep essential columns - like “Patient Name” or “Action”- locked in view while scrolling horizontally.

Infinite Scroll

Scroll continuously without pagination interruptions. Data loads dynamically as you scroll, improving speed and usability.

Side-by-Side List + Detail View

When viewing a record (e.g., a patient form), the table remains visible, allowing you to click through different records without losing context.

Enhanced Filters

Enhanced Filters let you quickly narrow down your task view so you can focus on what matters most. Instead of scrolling through long task lists, you can apply filters.

How to Save a View

This feature is helpful for users who frequently apply the same filters or column configurations and want to streamline their workflow.

  1. Navigate to any table view (e.g., Patients, Forms, Appointments).

  2. Apply the desired filters and column order under table settings.

  3. Click on the three dots and click on Save View.

  4. Name the view (e.g., “Today’s Submissions”) and click Save.

How to Pin or Reorder Columns

You can drag and drop columns to rearrange the table layout, or even make certain columns “sticky” by pinning them.

  1. Hover over the column header.

  2. Click and drag to move it to a new position.

Infinite Scrolling Instead of Moving To Another Page

Describes how pagination has been replaced with continuous scrolling, allowing users to seamlessly browse long lists of data without needing to click through pages.

  • No need to navigate to the “Next Page.”

  • Just scroll down and more rows will load automatically.

Multitasking with List + Detail Views

Clicking a record (e.g., a patient form or message) opens a side panel with details while the full table remains visible. You can:

  • Review records one by one

  • Take actions without returning to the list

  • Maintain workflow momentum
