Getting Started with Adit Call Intelligence

Overview

Adit Call Intelligence listens to your practice phone calls and automatically turns them into useful insights and actions.
It generates call summaries, identifies who answered the call, understands why the patient called (scheduling, billing, insurance, etc.), detects customer sentiment, and highlights booking opportunities. Less manual work, fewer missed bookings, and smarter coaching for your front desk.

Step 1 โ€” Create Your Voice Print

What it is: A short voice recording that allows Adit to recognize who spoke on a call.

How to set it up

  1. Go to Call Intelligence โ†’ Get Started โ†’ Voice Print
  2. Choose Microphone.
  3. Click Record Me, read the passage, then click Stop
  4. Click Save (or Discard to retry)

Step 2 โ€” Require Voice Prints for Your Team

What it is: Control which roles must complete a voice print before accessing Call Intelligence.

How to configure

  1. Go to Call Intelligence โ†’ Get Started โ†’ Voice Print Criteria for Your Team
  2. Toggle Required for each role that must complete a voice print
  3. Track completion at Preferences โ†’ Voice Print โ†’ Team Status

Step 3 โ€” Task Assignment Logic

What it is: Configure how system-created follow-up tasks are assigned when calls require action.

Assignment options

  • Assign Based on Call User โ€” task goes to the staff who handled the call
  • Round Robin โ€” tasks rotate evenly among selected users
  • Direct Assign โ€” all tasks go to one designated user
  • Do Not Assign โ€” tasks remain unassigned until manually picked up

How to set it

  1. Go to Call Intelligence โ†’ Get Started โ†’ Task Assignment Logic
  2. Select the preferred assignment method
  3. Click Save

Step 4 โ€” Call Summary Sync with Patient Notes

What it is: Automatically sends AI-generated call summaries to the patient's EHR notes.

How to enable

  1. Go to Call Intelligence โ†’ Get Started โ†’ Call Summary Sync with Patient Notes
  2. Toggle Yes to enable syncing

Important: This only syncs when the caller is a saved patient โ€” not a lead or temporary contact.

Setup Complete

  • Once you finish these four steps, your Call Intelligence system is fully ready.
    Your practice will now receive:
