Allow Users to Chat With Other Locations in Internal Chat

1. Select Settings in the top right navigation bar

2. Select Organization

3. Select Edit Organization

4. Scroll to the bottom section and find Internal Chat Preference

You can select one of the following:

  1. Organization Level Chats

    1. Allows all users in the same organization to chat with any other location

  2. Location Level Chats

    1. Restricts users to only chatting within the same organization
