Can I make a group chat with other users from other locations?

Yes, as long as all the users are in the same Adit account. You will be able to create groups with anyone in the account, regardless of their location access. In order to do this, you first have to enable this feature. Read more about this here.


Can admins/owners see the chat history of staff members in internal chat?

No, only those in the chat will be able to see the chat history.

 

If I invite someone to internal chat, what access do they have? 

If they are invited using the + Invite a Team Member from the module, they will only have access to the Internal Chat module. If you would like to change their access click here.
