How to Pause a Payment Plan or Subscription Plan
Navigate to the Adit Pay Module
Select either Payment Plans or Subscription Plans
You can navigate to the Plan detail page by clicking on the following:
Either the name of the payment plan
or on the blue pencil icon .
Select Update
Select Pause Plan
This will pause any future payments from occurring until the plan is reactivated.
Select Re-Activate Plan
When a payment plan is resumed, the next payment will occur during the next billing date, and the installments will pick up where it last left off.
When a subscription plan is resumed, the next payment will occur during the next billing date and will continue until the plan expires. Any billing cycles missed while the plan was paused will not count.
