To Pause a Payment or Subscription Plan 

1. Navigate to the Adit Pay Module

2. Select either the Payment Plans or Subscription Plans page

3. Go to the Active tab

4. Select the plan you want to pause

5. In the plan details, select the Pause Plan button

6. In the pop up you will see two questions:

1. When should this plan be paused?

1. Selecting Immediately means the plan will be paused right away and future payments will no longer be collected.

2. Selecting On a Scheduled Date means the plan will be paused on a future date you choose

2. When should this plan resume and run the next installment? 

1. Selecting I will reactivate it manually means the plan will remain paused until you turn it on 

2. Selecting On a Schedule Date means the plan will automatically resume on a future date you choose

7. When ready, confirm by selecting the Pause button
   

To Resume a Payment or Subscription Plan 

1. Navigate to the Adit Pay Module

2. Select either the Payment Plans or Subscription Plans page

3. Go to the Inactive tab.

4. Select the plan you want to resume.

5. In the plan details, select the Resume Plan button.
   

6. In the pop up you will see two options when resuming your plan:

1. Resume Immediately

1. Selecting this means the plan will be re-activated right away & the next payment will be processed immediately (today).

2. Resume On a Scheduled Date 

1. Selecting this means the plan will be reactivated on a future scheduled date and the next payment will be processed that day

7. When ready, confirm by selecting the Resume button
