How to Enroll Subscribers into your Drip Campaign

Drip Campaigns is a feature that allows you to send several emails to your target audience over a series of timed intervals. In order to send out these emails, you first have to choose your who will receive these emails and enroll them into your drip campaign. You can choose from segments, mailing lists, and patient lists. 


To enroll subscribers into your drip campaign:

  1. Navigate to your drip campaign details page by clicking on the name of your drip.

  2. Click on Enroll Subscribers

  3. Select the location that you want to include from the drop down. If you want to include multiple locations, you can click on the Add Location button at the top to add more fields.


    1. Please note, if a location has a green checkmark, it means that everything is set up and ready to go. If there is a red exclamation, that means there are additional steps needed in order to send out an email from this location. The missing requirements will also be listed in the drop down.

  4. Select the mailing lists you want to add. You can select multiple mailing lists, patient lists, or segments from each location. 

  5. Type in the Sender Name and select the Sender Email.

    1. If there is no email set up, you can click on the add email button. For more details on this, please review point 3b above. 

  6. Click on Save when all your details are set.
