Customize Your Email Footer

You can customize a header or footer for your emails. Once you set it, your header and footer will be automatically added to all of your email campaigns. Adit will provide default text for the footer.

To Customize Your Footer

  1. Navigate to the Email Campaigns Module

  2. In the top navigation menu, click on Preferences

  3. Click on Footer under your Location

  4. In the Sender and Recipient Data Section, you can update the text that displays your email address and the recipient’s email address.


  5. In the Unsubscribe section, you can update the text you want to show in case a patient wants to unsubscribe.

  6. If you want to add your Privacy Policy and Terms, you can click on the toggle button, edit the name, and add the link to your Policies

  7. If you want to link your social media platforms, you can click on the toggle button and add the link to your pages

  8. You can Preview your footer on the right side of the page
