Customize Your Email Header

You can customize the header or footer for your emails. Once you set it, your header and footer will be automatically added to all of your email campaigns.

Please note, that if your practice is sending the same email campaign across multiple locations, setting the header will be a mandatory requirement.

To Customize Your Header 

  1. Navigate to the Email Campaigns Module

  2. In the top navigation menu, click on Preferences

  3. Click on Header under your Location

  4. Click on Customize Header

  5. You can choose from the following options:

    1.  Code Your Own  - where you can format your own layout for your header

    2. Existing template - where the layout is already set and you can easily insert your content

  6. Finish customizing your header using our editing tool.

  7. Click on Save

  8. The page will refresh and you can preview your header on the right side


Tip: Recipients of your emails will expect to navigate back to your website when they click on the logo in your header. To make the Logo clickable is easy through the editor. You can follow the instructions in this article: here.
