Categorizing forms is a great way to organize your forms by creating your own customized categories.
Creating Categories
You can create custom categories through the forms preferences found in the Patient Forms module.
From here, click on the edit button under Form Categories.
Next, click on Add Category and type in the title of the category you would like to add. Once you've added the categories you'd like, click save.
You can have up to 5 custom categories for patient forms
To add a form to a category, this can be done either when creating a new form, or editing an existing form in the form settings by selecting the Category drop down.
