How to Enable or Disable a Module

To enable/disable a module:

  1. Navigate to Settings.

  2. In the Locations section, select your location

  3. Go to the General Page

  4. Scroll down to App Access and toggle the module you would like to enable or disable

    1. If the toggle is colored orange and to the right, that means the module is enabled

    2. If the toggle is colored grey and to the left, that means that the module is disabled

    3. Note:  

      1. The patients module is always enabled on by default if you have at least one other module enabled. This is because you need access to patient data in order to use any of the other modules.

      2. The internal chat module can only be enabled on an organization level and not on the location level. 

  5. Once you select the toggle, a pop up will appear asking you to to confirm whether you would like to enable or disable the module
