Turn a type of recall reminder on or off
You can turn recall reminders on or off at any time to ensure the right patients are getting the right messages at the right time.
To enable or disable a recall reminder:
Navigate to the Engage module.
In the top navigation menu, hover over Auto-Reminders, and select Recall Reminders. If you don’t see this option in the menu, click the three dots to view the rest of the menu options.
Under the Recall Types to Use, click on the toggles you want to enable or disable. If it is orange and to the right, the reminder is on. If it is grey and to the left, the reminder is off.
