AI-Generated Task Types
Adit creates tasks automatically based on call analysis. Common task types include:
- Scheduling — follow-up required to book an appointment
- Rescheduling — follow-up to change an appointment
- Cancellation — confirm or process a cancellation
- Confirmations — confirm appointment details
- Emergency — urgent follow-up items
- Clinical — treatment instructions or clinical actions

Tips & Best Practices

- Use Due Dates to prioritize tasks with immediate patient impact.
- If tasks are frequently unassigned, verify your Task Assignment Logic settings under Setup.
- Encourage the team to mark tasks complete immediately after follow-up to maintain accurate reporting.
- Listen to the linked call recording if task context is unclear before taking action.
