Record your own greeting or voicemail

Most practices choose to set up their own personalized greeting and voicemail. 

A typical greeting usually sounds like, “Thank you for calling ABC Dentistry, please hold while we connect you.” 

A typical voicemail greeting usually sounds like: “You have reached our office after hours. Please leave a voicemail and we’ll get back to you the next business day.

To record your own greeting or voicemail please follow one of the two options below:


    1. Option 1: Record a greeting on the web platform

      1. Go to Settings 

  1. Go to Audio Library

  2. Click Record Your Own

  3. Name your recording

  4. Click on the Record Icon

  5. Use your computer microphone to record a greeting. 

  6. Click Upload

  1. Option 2: Record a greeting on the Adit Mobile App (iOS or Android)

    1. Go to Settings

    2. Go to Audio Library 

    3. Click the record button

    4. To start recording, click the microphone icon 

    5. Name your recording

    6. Click Upload
