Change your Voicemail recording
If you are trying to record your own voicemail greeting, please first read this article: Record your own greeting or voicemail
Most businesses prefer to have a personalized voicemail recording that tells callers where they have called and why they have reached your voicemail. It’s important to make sure that recording is up-to-date so as not to cause confusion.
To update your voicemail recording?
Click on the Settings gear icon in the top right corner of your Adit platform.
To update your Landline, navigate to the Number List.
To update a tracking number, navigate to Call Flow.Click on the Edit icon for the number you would like to update.
Locate the Voicemail step in the call flow.
Click Play Recording.
Click Upload from Audio Library.
Select the new audio file from your Audio Library and click Save.
Click the Update button at the top of the screen to save your changes.
