How to Create Lead Segments
Adit will allow you to create segments for Leads. Once a segment is created, practices can use them to follow ups, mass texts and email campaigns
Lead Segments
There will be a set of pre-defined segments created by Adit. You will have the option to create custom segments which will show under ‘Practice Lead Segments’.

Open Leads Created in the Last 30 Days | Stage = Open ; Created Date = Last 30 Days |
Open Leads Created in the Last 60 Days | Stage = Open ; Created Date = Last 60 Days |
Open Leads Created in the Last 90 Days | Stage = Open ; Created Date = Last 90 Days |
Untouched Open Leads | Stage = Open ; Last Outgoing is BLANK |
Open Leads untouched in the Last 60 Days | Stage = Open ; Last Touchpoint is OLDER than 60 Days |
Hot Open Leads | Stage = Open ; Temperature = Hot |
Warm Open Leads | Stage = Open ; Temperature = Warm |
Open Leads created from Calls | Stage = Open ; Created From = Call Intelligence OR Call Tracking OR AI Agent |
Leads lost due to slot unavailability | Stage = Lost ; Reason for Lost = Preferred Slot Not Available |
Leads lost due to pricing enquiry | Stage = Lost ; Reason for Lost = Pricing Enquiry |
Leads lost due to availability enquiry | Stage = Lost ; Reason for Lost = Availability Enquiry |
Adit Lead Segments - Available Filters

You can pick and choose any of the below filters to create custom segments
Stage - Multiselect option between Open, Not Relevant and Lost
Temperature - Multiselect option between Hot, Warm and Cold
Lead Source - Multiselect option between all enabled Lead sources for the location
Created From - Multiselect option between the modules in Adit like Call Intelligence, Engage, Quick Actions, CRM etc
Created Date - Time filter based on profile created date
Lost Date - Time filter based on Lead Lost date
Lost Reason - Multiselect option between all available Lost reasons like Insurance Not Accepted, Price Enquiry, Preferred Treatment Not Available etc
Last Incoming - Time filter based on last incoming Call or SMS
Last Outgoing - Time filter based on last outgoing Call or SMS
Last Touchpoint - Time filter based on last incoming or outgoing Call or SMS
How to send an SMS/Email to the the Lead Segments
You can click the action button against the segment to send an SMS or an email

You have the option to add variables and to update the content before you send an SMS
