How to Create Contacts
Contacts can be created individually or via bulk upload
To create Contacts, click on the Add Contact button on the Contacts page
To create Contacts individually, provide the Contact info and click Add. First Name and Last Name is mandatory. You can provide phone number, fax number or email address as means of contact
To bulk import Contacts, click on the Import Contact button in the pop up
Select the location against which the Leads should be uploaded
The file to upload should be in csv format. Click on the download button to get a sample file. Once the file is ready, choose it for upload
If all the data points seem correct, then you will see the below message. On clicking confirm, the Contacts will be scheduled for upload and be uploaded in short while based on the size of the file
If any data points seem incorrect, you will get a message like below with the incorrect fields highlighted in red. Once the file is corrected, you can re-upload. Adit will not allow you to upload any file with incorrect data
First Name is mandatory
Last Name is mandatory
Phone Number, if provided, should be in the correct format of 10 digits or else it should be blank
Email, if provided, should be in the correct format or else it should be blank
