Why does a specific phone not ring on inbound calls?

With the Adit Voice, you will be able to use our services for your office phone needs. However, if one of your phones is not ringing for inbound calls, we will need to investigate the call flow.


Investigation of Call Flow:

  1. Navigate to your number’s call flow (click here to learn how to set up your call flow)

  2. In the Ring or Simulring steps of your call flow, make sure all the extensions you want to ring for inbound calls are selected.

  3. Click Update at the top of the page if you made any changes to your call flow

If the information and configurations are all correct, but the calls are still not being received on your softphone, please reach out to us for further assistance.
