Send Form Reminders from the Patient Card
Here is how to send a form reminder from the patient card:
To open up a patient’s card, type your patient’s name into the Search box, which you can find at the top of any page within the Adit platform.
Select the patient from the list of suggested matches, and their Patient Card will open on the right-hand side of your screen.
Under activity, the first section will be forms. You can only send a form reminder to a patient if they already have a form assigned to them.
Select from the list which forms you wish to send a reminder, and then click on Remind. Please note that you can only select a maximum of 5 forms at a time to remind.
Confirm the message that will be sent to the patient
Click on Send
The patient will receive a reminder email or text message with a link to fill out their patient forms again.
