With Adit’s feature to allow different ways to make patient communication easier, Adit allows you to log all communication with your patients into their respective profile. You can also view what are being logged into their profile from your Adit account.
Note: Notes and communication logs are only available if your EHR is integrated with the Adit platform. This is only available if you have Communications Logs enabled, click here.
To view the logs on your account:
Navigate to the Patient Search Bar on the top of the page.
Type in any patient you want to view, and click on their name in the dropdown menu.
This will open the Patient Card. Scroll to the bottom of the Patient Card, to see the Notes.
When logs are synced into the EHR, they are also logged into the Notes of the Patient Card.
