The patient card makes it easy to manage a patient’s details all in one place.
Here is how to view your patient notes. Please keep in mind that the notes feature is only available if the Practice Analytics module is enabled.
To open up a patient’s card, type your patient’s name into the Search box, which you can find at the top of any page within the Adit platform.
Select the patient from the list of suggested matches, and their Patient Card will open on the right-hand side of your screen
Scroll to the very bottom of the card and you will see a log of the notes.
The category of notes you can see are
Communication Logs
These are all the communication logs that are synced from the EHR
Manually Created Notes
These are notes that are manually created from the patient card and submitted to their profile. These notes are also written into the EHR.
Follow Up Activity
These are activity notes for all the follow up tasks in the practice analytics module. Anytime a follow up is created, completed, or rescheduled, it will get logged here.
You can filter the note logs by clicking on the drop down and selecting the type of activity you want to see
To Create a Note:

If EHR Logs are enabled on, then these notes will also be written into the EHR. If the logs are not enabled, then these notes will just be saved in the patient card.
