Add or Update Your Billing Information
There are generally two types of charges you will receive from Adit: your monthly or annual subscription fees, and platform overages (such as mass texts or tracking minutes).

Adit's Usage Policy
- Click on the Settings gear icon in the top right corner of your Adit platform.

- In the Admin Panel menu, select Billing.

- If your organization has more than one location, confirm if you would like to use one payment method for all of your locations or if you would like to use different payment methods for each location.

- Click the Update Card button.

Please note that you will need the name on the credit card and billing address to add a card.

To update the credit card that is billed for your Adit subscription fees, please
fill out this form and be sure to include your practice name and location, if applicable. If you have any questions, please contact
