A Lead is automatically moved to Open when:
An Unrecognized Contact is converted to a Lead.
A Contact is converted to a Lead.

When a Lead books an appointment, the Lead is automatically converted into a Patient record and is removed from the Lead pipeline.
Patient stages are automatically determined based on appointment history and payment activity.
A Patient is moved to No Appointment History when:
The patient has no past appointments.
The patient has no future appointments scheduled.
A Patient is moved to Scheduled when:
The patient has no completed appointments.
The patient has at least one future appointment scheduled.
This commonly applies to new patients who have booked their first appointment.
A Patient is moved to Never Showed when:
The patient has no completed appointments.
The scheduled appointment date has passed.
The appointment was marked as broken, missed, or not marked as completed.
The patient has no future scheduled appointments.
This stage identifies patients who booked an appointment but did not attend.
A Patient is moved to Completed when:
At least one appointment has been marked as completed.
No payment has been recorded.
This stage indicates treatment has been completed, but revenue has not yet been identified.
A Patient is moved to Won when:
At least one completed appointment exists.
At least one payment has been recorded.
This stage indicates a successfully converted and revenue-generating patient.
