CRM - Profile Card Timeline

As part of CRM, we are introducing timeline against profile cards which will allow practices to track the entire timeline of various actions done against a patient, lead, contact or unrecognized contact


Earlier practices had to go to various modules to collect all the information regarding a patient like incoming and outgoing calls, patient form submissions, payment request status etc. Now everything is available in a unified timeline which is clickable





Activity Tracking


Following activities can be tracked in the timeline - 


  1. Calls

    1. Incoming Calls, Outgoing Calls, Missed Calls and Voicemails. 

    2. On clicking these entries, it will take the user to the call details page in Call Tracking/Call Intelligence for that particular call. 

    3. As part of one-time migration all the historical calls will be moved to the timeline for existing customers

  2. Patient Forms

    1. Forms Assigned, Forms Submitted and Forms Imported. 

    2. On clicking these entries, it will take the user to the forms detail page in Patient Forms

    3. Form activity will only be tracked from forward looking scenarios. No migration for existing records

  3. Payments

    1. Payment Request Sent, Payment Received, Payment Plan Sent, Payment Plan Created, Subscription Sent and Subscription Created

    2. On clicking these entries, it will take the user to the payment detail page in Adit Pay

    3. Payment activity will only be tracked from forward looking scenarios. No migration for existing records

  4. Treatment Plans

    1. Treatment Plan Sent and Treatment Plan Accepted

    2. On clicking these entries, it will take the user to the TX plan detail page in Patient Forms

    3. TX Plan activity will only be tracked from forward looking scenarios. No migration for existing records

  5. General

    1. Profile Creation (Lead Created, Patient Created etc), Profile Conversion (Converted to Lead, Converted to Contact etc) and Stage updates (Stage updated to Scheduled, Stage updated to Never Showed etc)

    2. These entries are not clickable and will simply show the timeline for profile creation, conversion and stage updates

    3. General entries will also be tracked from forward looking scenarios



Timeline Filters


Timeline can also be filtered to see relevant records





  • Comms - Will filter all the calls

  • Forms - Will filter all patient form entries

  • Payments - Will filter all payment related entries

  • TX plans - Will filter all treatment plan entries

  • General - Will filter the profile creation, conversion and stage update timelines
