Drip Campaigns is a feature that allows you to send several emails to your target audience over a series of timed intervals. Using drip campaigns is a great way to communicate with your patients and encourage them to stay engaged with your practice! You can enroll patients into your drip by selecting segments, mailing lists, or patient lists.
Here is How Create a Drip Campaign:
Navigate to the Email Campaigns Module
In the top navigation menu, click on Automation
Click on Create Drip Campaign
Name your drip campaign and click on Next
There are 4 requirements in order to activate a drip campaign:
The first requirement is having at least one message created.
Create your first message by clicking on the + Icon
Name your Message and click on Next
Type in your Subject line and Design your email
Click on Finish
The second requirement is having the sending time set for at least one message.
Click on Set Sending Time
Choose when you want to deliver the message. You can send it immediately when someone enrolls into the drip campaign, or after a delay.
Click on Save
The third requirement is to having at least one message activated in the drip campaign.
In order to activate your messages, the sending time and email have to be designed. Once it is ready, you can click on the activate icon.
The fourth requirement is to Enroll Subscribers to your drip campaign.

Once all 4 minimum requirements are met, and you are satisfied with the emails within your drip, you can activate the entire drip campaign.
Click on the Actions button , and select Activate on the drop down list.
Now your drip campaign is running and will begin to send out emails to all of those enrolled into your mailing lists!
