Change your hold music

Adit Voice makes it easy to change your hold music for the season, holiday, or just because you want to!

 

To update your hold music:

  1. Click on the Settings gear icon in the top right corner of your Adit platform.

  2. In the Numbers menu, select Hold Music,

  3. Click the Edit icon.

  4. Click Custom Hold Music.

  5. Click Select Audio from Library.

  6. ​Either Select the audio file for your new hold music, then click Save or you can upload a recording by clicking Upload Recording.

  7. Please note, If you would like to Record your own music, please refer to Record your own greeting or voicemail.

  8. Click the Update button at the top right of the page to save your changes.
